![]() ![]() Like, does Gearbox not assume that an all inclusive super-GOTY style edition on new hardware wouldn't appeal to lapsed players who maybe didn't own the original version anymore? I mean, fuck, even if you did still own the old version of the game, what a fucking pain in the ass it would be to discover that after installing all 100~ ish GB of the new version you actually have to do install all that shit AGAIN just to make your save data accessible. Granted, I concede that I could have done the research before buying the PS5 version, but complications or nonsense involving being able to smoothly transfer my progress from PS4 to PS5 didn't even cross my mind to research at all. Naturally I want to pick up where I left off with my old save file but apparently I need to do some bullshit with the PS4 version of the B元 client to make my save data accessible on PS5? What the fuck? Obviously I don't have the PS4 version of the game anymore, or this wouldn't be an issue I sold it over two years ago. ![]() Is this a joke? I managed to get an ultimate edition of Borderlands 3 on PS5 for a really good deal recently, and wanted to jump back into it since I didn't play the later DLCs (I played the casino and wedding DLCs and thought they were handily better than the main game so I felt encouraged about the other DLC). ![]()
